Who would have thought! Honestly, I loooooove coming here!!!! Just walking in the door makes me happy! (And no, it's not just the THC talking 😂). This place, this specific cannabis dispensary in Chicago, is just amazing. I went today 4/18 around 7:34pm and the sweetest lady helped me out and was very informative. Honestly the service she gives is the main reason I keep coming back. So sweet and kind. I don’t remember her name but I hope she has great day cus she made mine Soooooo slow Love it. I've never had a bad experience at this location, every employee has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, it's almost unheard of these days. You know, I go into any big store & randomly pick an employee to answer a question & I promise u I'm either getting an "I don't know" & that's it or if I'm lucky they might tell me where I can find someone who might be able to help me. My age shows when I talk about this because I remember a day when, even if u didn't get an answer, u at least got feigned effort from an employee at a store. Those days are long past now, which is probably why I appreciate how friendly & helpful the employees are at this location so 5 starts all day just for that. Every budtender is so sweet, so helpful, and just plain kind hearted. I've been coming here since 2020 when they opened and I can honestly say it's gotten nothing but better. The deals keep getting better, the prices are going lower, and the staff continues to be so welcoming. Thank you for making my first trip a good one, Estela!! Much appreciated. I had to stop in twice this week, and both times Estela was super helpful, funny, and an all around ✨ V I B E ✨ just the type of energy you want to receive before making an uplifting purchase ;). It's just a very cool & comfortable spot. 👌✌️ Quality of service was lovely. Aubrey and MB made the welcoming into the space very serene. Checking in- they provided information on the specials they have going on and offer assistance if needed. I was given a water bottle, an Ozone lighter and a Simply Herb One-Hitter, a-long side other people. Ascend has some of the best Budtenders. My new dispensary! They have a great selection of good products and nice deals. The points are cool too. Don’t forget to join their rewards program “Ascenders Club” consistently getting $5-$10 off orders.
