About Natures Care Company Rolling Meadows
Hey, so you were asking about places to check out for cannabis? I've heard a few things about a cannabis dispensary in Rolling Meadows. Specifically, the one folks are talking about is Natures Care Company cannabis dispensary in Rolling Meadows. Some people have had really great experiences there. Like, super friendly and welcoming staff, which makes the whole process easy. They’ve mentioned finding awesome specials and really liking their own Botanist brand – calling it a personal favorite. It sounds like for some, it's a go-to spot, with excellent bud and amazing people and selection. Happy customers who always see smiling faces there and are happy to come back. If you're looking for a recreational cannabis dispensary in Rolling Meadows, or even medical, some folks find it fantastic with great products and even better service. Someone mentioned placing orders through their in-store kiosk which is apparently really easy to use. Just a heads-up though, parking can be a bit tight, especially in bad weather, as most of it is in the back, but they do have some spots closer to the door that might open up quickly. Now, it hasn't been perfect for everyone. There have been some hiccups, you know? Like one person was still waiting on a refund for a broken cartridge. They said the store wanted to replace it, but the customer didn't want a replacement, just their money back, about $40. Three weeks went by, they bought flower there again, and still no credit on their account. They were really confused why adding a credit was so hard! But there was an update on that claim – apparently, Jeff the store manager handled the situation with superior customer service, and that person is now a customer for life and can't thank them enough! They still like the dispensary and think the people are nice. However, not all product experiences have been stellar. One person was extremely dissatisfied with a specific product, OG18 2 grams by Cresco, which cost them $100. They felt consumers are paying for quality, and that’s why complaints happen. They weren't trying to put down Nature's Care Rolling Meadows location, saying no dispensary can be blamed for everything, but after about four years, maybe things should be smoother? There have also been issues with the website accuracy. Someone warned to be careful because their website might label something as resin, but you end up getting wax. When they questioned it, they were told wax is the same as resin, which they say it isn't. They felt the staff said they were wrong when clearly the website labeling was off and needed fixing. Plus, they mentioned calling customer service and apparently they like to argue and bicker on the phone. Another person, who isn't even someone who usually writes reviews, had a couple of issues. First, a cashier didn't give them their $9 change back after rounding up the order. When they went back to ask for it, the cashier didn't even apologize, which felt very unprofessional. This customer spoke to manager Jeff after sending an email. Jeff did say sorry on behalf of the team and said he'd talk to the employee. But it was a short call, and the customer noted he didn't offer any incentive to come back, like a credit or a free preroll, anything really, especially since they've given the place over $1000. Then it seems this person reviewed again, repeating the incident about the $9 change and unprofessionalism, mentioning talking to Jeff who apologized and would speak to employees, but again, no incentive was offered after spending over $1000. So yeah, it sounds like a mixed bag sometimes, but with some really standout customer service in resolving issues like the cartridge problem, making people happy regulars. It's just one cannabis dispensary in Illinois, but hopefully hearing about these experiences gives you a better idea of what to expect if you decide to check out that cannabis dispensary in Rolling Meadows.
