Hey, so I wanted to tell you about visiting a cannabis dispensary in Roselle recently. It's one of the recreational cannabis dispensary options in Roselle, you know, part of the whole scene of a cannabis dispensary in Illinois. I've been going there partly because it's only five minutes from home, which is super convenient. Maybe you've heard people talk about places like AuraLight cannabis dispensary in Roselle, but I've been sticking to this one because of the location convenience. Overall, the staff there is really friendly and super knowledgeable, and I've had some positive experiences. They have great deals, and the prices are not jacked up like at other stores around. They didn't rail me for my ID five times like some places do, which is nice. You actually get to see the products, which is cool! The place itself is small and cute, and I love it! The atmosphere is great, and honestly, when I walk in, I feel at home. They have an awesome rewards program and even a 25% Veteran Discount, which is fantastic. I even got to spin a wheel and got some free products that were awesome! Someone mentioned Josh specifically, saying he's literally the greatest and fantastic at customer service, going above and beyond to help with points and find great savings. People seem to like the smoke they get there, too. Now, the frustrating part, and it's a big one. Honestly, it's the slowest dispensary I have ever been to. And it is a consistent issue. The waits are just unbelievable sometimes. There could be two people in line, and you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes. Just today, there were three people ahead of me, and it took 30 minutes for me to get my stuff. This is every day. I've seen dispensaries with triple the lines and have never once waited as long as I have here. There’s almost always a wait now, which is especially bad after work. It’s common for a line of 12 people that takes 25+ minutes to get through because they only have one or two registers open. The wait when I went was quite long; I guess not anyone's fault on that specific visit, but it's the consistent pattern that's the problem. Even if you have placed it online or are a member, you are still waiting in that long line because it's just first come first serve at busy times. The staff is great, but whoever is running this place needs to hire more people. I also had a really disappointing experience recently when I bought a cart that was broken and didn't work. They were unwilling to offer a refund or a replacement. All I asked is that they stand by their products and customers, and they were unwilling to do so. That was very disappointing. Because of the consistent long waits and that issue with the broken product, I'm honestly leaning towards trying other dispensaries at this point. Despite the good service from the staff and some decent selection and deals, the slow speed is a major downside. I'd suggest patronizing a competitor with more customer-focused policies if the wait times are a dealbreaker for you.
