From what I'm hearing, the staff there are pretty great. Like, Emily? Someone said she was awesome, so kind, and made what would have just been a transaction into a pleasant exchange. They felt terrible they didn’t have cash to tip but promised they'd be back with some! Andrew was easy to talk to and made someone feel really welcomed. And Jon was amazing as well – seemed super knowledgeable about the products and their effects. He was very attentive, listened, and apparently responded with exactly what the person was trying to obtain. One person just called their experience "totally awesome"! People are really enjoying the individual staff members. Someone mentioned Oscar and really enjoyed him. Said he was very knowledgeable and helped them with their purchase. He even knew about the rule that Michigan residents couldn’t go over a certain amount of grams. They said he was very friendly and made them laugh, and they even wished him and his family a Happy New Year. B also got a shout-out for always being kind and helpful! And Elizabeth as well! Seriously, one review just said, "Everyone here is A++++++++++++" and it's "Always a great experience. Very friendly staff." Sounds like you can get in and out usually pretty quickly too. The vibe sounds good – "It's always a vibe when I come here. The music and even the security is chill while doing their job. It fits what you're coming there to do and enjoy."
