I've been coming here since they opened (as Lova). I liked it when it was LOVA, This place spent lots of money on paint but killed the whole vibe. I think new owners are new to the MJ biz. I've never had an unpleasant experience. The whole team at key cannabis in carbondale is fantastic!!! They've got a great team over there. Great friendly budtenders and amazing products!!! Steve was great! He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find products within those parameters. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Steve! Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You guys need 3 or for more Steve’s up there!!!! Carley is the staff member who assisted me at check out. She was friendly, thorough, and altogether really pleasant to interact with. I thought Carley was super helpful and I totally vibed with her recommendations! Ben helped me and knew a lot about the products they sell. The young lady answering the phones was great too. Super chill place to pick up all the newest freshest herb! Stop in here if you need help with your selections or you can even order online! When I stopped in today I noticed a couple of customers complaining (unable to stack discounts, etc.) and the staff behind the counter offered nothing but kindness, empathy, and a focus on finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction. I was really impressed. I really like the new branding of this dispensary so far! Really great prices too.
