Hey, listen up if you're looking for a good spot. I will have to say this cannabis dispensary in Carpentersville is by far the best around, don't get me wrong. I do have others I like and occasionally go to, but after today, I'll keep it short... They really shine. I had an issue with a product that I bought....(won't specify..no worries) but when I brought it to their attention...they were the nicest people and very patient...and VERY VERY helpful and a pleasure....they definitely believe in trying to make things right....I won't name names but watch out for missy (manager) she's a firecracker but fun....and a creepy lol jk. I had such a great experience at Windy City. This Windy City cannabis dispensary in Carpentersville really knows how to treat customers. Tommy helped me and he was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the products and their effects. Whether you’re new or experienced, Tommy makes you feel comfortable and confident in your choices. His recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling well-informed and excited about my purchases. His expertise and customer service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back! This recreational cannabis dispensary in Carpentersville is a great place, i let a sour experience one day ruin a previous review but now I know better. This place is great, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they always have great deals Because I got high....lol Staff is pretty great. Wide variety. Yeah, cannabis dispensary in Illinois prices suck but that's not their fault. The front kinda feels like what I imagine a methadone clinic must be like, just putting that out there. But I'm a local and this is my go to place! Great staff, always friendly and keeping calm with the rushes! They have sales all the time and a great rewards system! Now, about the website... it is absolutely god awful. If you need a new one let me know. I saw someone mention they went to rise instead and I live 5 minutes away, and while I get wanting options, I still stick with this place.
