One person mentioned they've been going to Vertical since it opened because it's close to their house, but they've had issues. The last time they were there, they were sold a bad cartridge and when they tried to return it, they were told they couldn't and would have to fill out a form to get their money back. But there's also that frustrating side where things don't go right and resolving issues seems difficult.
