So, I wanted to tell you about my experience at this cannabis dispensary in Champaign. It's honestly my favorite dispensary in town! I had an awesome experience at The Dispensary cannabis dispensary in Champaign. If you’re looking for quality products and top-tier customer service, The Dispensary is the place to go. I absolutely love this dispensary. It's a great place. The staff there is super kind and caring. I had a great experience, very kind staff, nice selection, good prices. Everyone up front was helpful and didn’t judge me when I walked to them to check in for my first time coming in! But let me tell you about Alex. Really great customer service and informative of what there products are. Alex was amazing. She was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She definitely made my experience smooth throughout. Thanks again Alex, you have exceptional customer service skills. Alex was very welcoming, helpful, and honestly the best help I’ve got at a dispensary. When I was there I met alex who was my bud tender for this purchase, she was so helpful in what I needed to help me with my pain. Honestly she was so caring I felt like she really understood Exactly where I was coming from while explaining everything to her. A special shoutout to Alex—she was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, made great recommendations, and ensured I left with exactly what I needed. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be back to see her. She is top notch. Oh, and I should mention Craig too. Thanks to Craig for going out of his way to help me with a medical card issue. And I love Cindy, she is very nice to me everytime I'm in there. The atmosphere was welcoming, and they have a great selection, a nice selection actually. Love that all the prices include tax so I don't have to do extra math! And they're still building their customer base, so I can always get in and out super quickly 🥳 I left very happy with my products and my experience. Now, I did see some photos that someone uploaded that compared prices from nuera in urbana and sorry but an eighth of Cali Octane was $40 at nuera. But the same product at this place was $97. So I got the 8th of cali octane and a 2.5 pack of cali octane prerolls and I only paid $81 out the door wow come on the dispensary champaign get your prices together SMH. But overall, I'll definitely be coming back! It's just a great recreational cannabis dispensary in Champaign. It feels like a top cannabis dispensary in Illinois, or at least the best I've found in Champaign.
