Okay, so I wanted to share what people are saying about this spot. It sounds like a wonderful experience if you're looking for a good cannabis dispensary in Champaign. Seriously, people are calling it the best service from any dispensary they've ever been to! Like, from checking in with Sydney to Joe helping you out, it's apparently 10/10 all around. Someone said it was their first time there and they were so happy that they stopped in. Now, sometimes there can be quite a few issues here, BUT Tracy seriously has made everything alright for one customer. They said most of the employees are pretty great, but she's the reason they'll be going back, and they go in every other day so hopefully they're a valued customer! Tracy has made it feel more like their home dispensary, and not just A dispensary.... They love her and said, "See you all tomorrow lol..." Oh, and Megan C is a rockstar, a friend! They said she’s great and this place is top tier, highly recommend!!! Someone else had the pleasure to work with Tracey (spelled slightly differently, but sounds like the same amazing person!) when they went in on 3/5/2025. They said she was so knowledgeable and very helpful!! She definitely knew her stuff, helping with someone who was elderly and has severe arthritis and telling them exactly what to get. They couldn't thank her enough and called her a valuable employee at the Champaign office. And Chris is a knowledgeable budtender who is always super helpful and friendly, always making for a great experience at a great store. The Cloud9 cannabis dispensary in Champaign sounds like a nice establishment! People say it's very clean and put together well. It's even described as the “Apple” of Cannabis Stores, having the coolest and most interactive space making you feel elevated from the start. They've got decent vendors with decent products. Prices are decent for medical or recreational users! And deals before 9am (like 25% off) were a hit! Someone ordered the Daze 7g and said it tastes pretty yummy! The bud-tender was very friendly and helpful. Remember Sydney from check-in? Someone else was assisted by Sydney and said she was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! The reward system is mentioned as very easy to follow and use, and someone even got a few recommendations to try next time they're in! Check em out!
