For a newby like myself, people appreciate the great customer service there. It sounds like it's an easy and friendly atmosphere. Folks say they will be back and are happy to support small businesses. It's become a new neighborhood go-to dispensary for some, and they're thrilled to have them in this area! This location was very welcoming, apparently. No egomaniac was there to make the experience about them; they were there to help with the purchase and that made someone feel confident to come shop again. The staff is always cool as hell, queer-friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable— from the door staff, to the budtenders. The associates are helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! The store is clean, and it's optimally located for a smoke at the park, or an edible at the museum. People mentioned they’ve never waited in line to pick up an order. You just walk in and get your order; you never have to wait! Someone absolutely LOVED this place! They found it so easy and straight forward. They don’t bombard you like most other places and really let you take your time and answer all your questions. Apparently, their music is bumping too!! 100/10 for one reviewer. From first timers to experienced users, they say they’ll have what you’re looking for. BEWARE: this dispensary is waaaay over priced and they charge your card as an atm transaction so be ready for an extra $4 charge on top of the sales tax! Also, someone bought here a few times, product was fine, but their rewards were populated on a different person's account several times. It was always up to them to confirm that the correct rewards account was populated, and the staff didn't do much to move points over, either. One of the employees was described as very rude, and kept chastising a customer to order online to get points while they were trying to explain that their online account had never worked here. Another point is that they also do not return exact change; you will not get coins from here.
