About Natures Care Company West Loop
Okay, so let's talk about the scene. You know, if you're looking for a cannabis dispensary in Chicago, you hear all sorts of stuff. I heard from someone that they had an excellent service and selection at one spot, and get this, it's dog friendly! They even said it was the best dispensary they'd found since moving here from Colorado. My friend Gloria actually recommended this place to someone who was struggling with muscle tension after stopping THC flower. Apparently, CBD alone didn't do the trick, so Gloria suggested Lost Farm. What's wild is the person who said this moved from a tiny town in Colorado with only 127 people – talk about chances! They said their body felt totally relaxed and at ease after their experience. They gave immense gratitude and superb service to someone named Norma and were really appreciative of the place for serving the city. They felt tremendously seen and appreciated. But then... you hear other things. It's like, watch out for this place. Someone warned that you really need to check your receipt, especially if you pay with a debit card and are due cash back. They noticed that whenever they were due cash, they were given inaccurate amounts back. The receipts themselves supposedly had incorrect subtotals, and when they asked questions, they got attitude. They felt like the staff thought talking loudly and aggressively would make them drop the issue. Luckily, in one case, they called in, and a manager made sure the cash was returned – $15 that was due back because of an incorrect sales price. This person used to go to this location all the time but doubts they'll return. They called it the absolute worst shop in Chicago, possibly in the US. They felt the staff was incompetent, always rushing and grabbing the wrong orders. They even suggested going to Cookies if you're in the area instead. They said if Nature’s Care jacks up your order, they won't make it right. The advice was not to waste time there, and if you absolutely have to go, check your products before leaving because they won't. Yet, someone else declared it the best dispensary in the city! This person travels all the way from Midway to the West Loop via train just for the deals and carts there. They always found the service fast and the staff friendly and truly loved it there. So you've got these wildly different experiences. The issue with the receipts came up again though. Someone else mentioned their receipts do not add correctly and felt this business needs to be investigated for issuing inaccurate receipts. When they pointed out that the totals didn't add up, they said they were met with hostility and sarcasm from both the manager and a sales associate. Instead of dealing with it professionally, they apparently mocked this person's background in finance and made a joke out of something they felt was very serious. They stressed that fraud is not funny and charging customers an incorrect tax rate while claiming the receipt is "just an estimate" is weird. They were told to "disregard the higher price" they were being charged, which they found unacceptable. They left feeling disrespected, scammed, and genuinely worried for others who might not catch these discrepancies. They said they would never return to that location and strongly urged others to check their receipts carefully – or better yet, take their business elsewhere. So, if you're navigating the options for a recreational cannabis dispensary in Chicago, you might hear about this Natures Care Company cannabis dispensary in Chicago, and it seems like experiences can really vary. It just goes to show that finding the right cannabis dispensary in Illinois sometimes takes a bit of research or maybe just luck.
