You know how sometimes you're looking for a really great cannabis dispensary in Chicago? Well, let me tell you about this place I found. It's called Ivy Hall, specifically the Ivy Hall cannabis dispensary in Chicago. Honestly, it's my favorite recreational cannabis dispensary in Chicago! The vibe when you walk in? Unmatched. It's super chill, really clean, and just has this great energy all around. The entire store is very beautifully done – lots of cool merch, accessories, and product and packaging displays. It feels like a fun atmosphere and a happy place all together. It’s also super clean and organized. But what really makes it stand out is the people. Everyone is so friendly! Like, seriously. There's Freddy – shout out to Freddy! He helped me out when I was still a bit of a novice, and he is the best. So helpful and friendly, and he really knew his stuff. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me recommendations that were spot-on. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and he made the whole experience feel easy and fun. I would definitely look for him again in the future. Emily too, she's always very helpful and super friendly. I love going to Ivy Hall because everyone is so friendly, but an extra shoutout to Emily! I even had a fantastic experience with Cypress when I visited Ivy Hall Bucktown. Cypress is by far one of the best examples of professionalism, diplomacy and empathy I have ever encountered. She is very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and was so much fun! I love it when I go into a place and someone is just smiles happy with a wonderful disposition! I'm so grateful to Cypress and Ivy Hall Bucktown! Kendall also took the time to show me around and walked me through all the specials, which was a 10/10 experience. And speaking of great, let's talk prices. They always have great deals going on, and honestly, the prices are better than other dispensarys in the area. Check it out for unbelievable prices and huge stock. Again, incredible prices! They even handle issues really well. I had a problem previously with a giveaway the other day, and they went far above and beyond what was needed to resolve the issue today. I really appreciate the help from Jade and the other worker today (long hair, brown facial hair) who sorted things out. Ben was great in customer service when I reached out with my email with my issue as well! They totally resolved the confusion I had, and I appreciate the customer service. Seriously, if you’re thinking about checking out a cannabis dispensary in Illinois, do yourself a favor and go to Ivy Hall. You won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be back.
