I noticed this new neighborhood cannabis dispensary in Chicago a little while back and was finally able to check it out. Before even going inside, I took notice of the outdoor ambiance. The color of the building and the huge mural is so inviting! The staff is friendly, and the vibes are great! I love the decorum. The touch screen ordering was cool to use too. I appreciate how effortful Ivy Hall feels. I'm excited to come back and check out more edibles. My fave, the staff are always so friendly and there are tons of discounts and freebies. Michelle and Taylor are always on point. They always make sure I stay up to date with all the latest and greatest offerings. With their warm smiles that can light up a room. Everyone at IVY is awesome! feels like I’m visiting family every time (The good kind 😏). Shout out to Melissa!✨ 4 27 25. Online app says 8 am pick up time .arrive and met Karen who informed me it was a error .I was disappointed & returned at 10 am .Karen was the first person I saw on the inside .She apologized 3 times with senerity .. I was held today by someone named Sofia! Now sometimes I want to walk in and experience a calm person who knows absolutely everything about cannabis! Sofia is an absolutely incredible employee. Every time I go in there I always get a warm welcome and they make me feel like I’m a part of a community. Sofia, amongst their other co-workers, is truly a RARE JEM!!!!!!!! Sofia did an amazing job working with me to try to find the perfect product for me I am New to buying Products at your recreational cannabis dispensary in Chicago. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. She did not rush me into figuring out exactly what I would want to buy. I appreciated Her Customer Service. I will certainly be back and hopefully Sofia will be working that day so I can use her expertise again. I LOVE this place! Its very close to where I live and it makes my day a little better every time I go, and not just because of what I'm leaving with!
