Sway – Cannabis Dispensary in Chicago, Illinois

Hey, so I gotta tell you about my experiences at this place, Sway. If you're looking for a cannabis dispensary in Chicago, especially on the north side, a lot of people seem to really like Sway cannabis dispensary in Chicago. It's a brand new dispensary located on the north side of Chicago, which is pretty cool. First thing I heard people rave about was the customer service. It was exceptional, and the budtenders were very attentive. People found the staff super fun, cool, and helpful. They're very welcoming and friendly, helpful staff. They're knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions about their products. They're easy to understand, and staff is there to answer questions. Seriously, very professional and helpful. People love that they're friendly and helpful staff. Some even said Sway is hands down the best dispensary on the north side! Getting in and out is usually way faster than other dispos in the area, like Sunnyside for instance. There's never a line, which is awesome, and there's usually no line! Loved the design and how fast they got my flower. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, which is excellent whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting out. They have everything on iPads, which makes it easy. People are impressed by their selection – it’s a top-shelf selection. Oh, and someone specifically said, Get the olive oil!!! Now, when it comes to products and prices... Some people said the carts they got from here were decently priced at $25-$30 and they would definitely go back again when in town for them. Others had a different take on carts. They said they would no longer purchase cartridges from Sway. They've bought 3 or 4 from a variety of different brands here and feel like they're flushing money down the toilet. They called them the most mediocre, weak carts they've ever had, even with a 85-90+ THC content. So, maybe carts are hit or miss? Overall though, solid products at decent prices (by IL standards). There's always some kind of deal too. Just remember, bring cash or prepare to get it out of the onsite ATM. Most of the employees here were great, but there was one situation someone had trying to exchange some prerolls they bought for a dinner party. They were already small and were all mostly bent at the filter. They were told by the manager Gregory “that’s the risk you take when buying prerolls.” This guy was pretty much accusing them of trying to scam because they're from Colorado and made it seem like he was going to have some employees fired for serving them the day before. They didn't know if this dude was having a bad day or is new and doesn't know the laws as well as he thinks, but either way, it was the worst customer service they've ever had at any dispensary. The 3 guys who helped them the day before were great though. And yeah, someone else just straight up said "Straight 🗑️" about their experience. Despite that one bad interaction, a lot of people have had fantastic experiences at Sway Dispensary. They offer top-notch customer service and a great selection of products. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. For many, it's their go-to dispensary!! They love this place. As a Recreational cannabis dispensary in Chicago, and frankly, compared to other spots for a cannabis dispensary in Illinois, Sway gets a lot of positive feedback for its speed, selection, and staff.
