Perception Cannabis – Cannabis Dispensary in Chicago, Illinois

Okay, so let's chat about getting cannabis around here. Man, I can't believe you people pay these prices!! It's absolutely hilarious! You should really travel 4 hours and just go to Michigan, it's worth the trip! People should be going to Jars in Michigan.. 4 hours away it's a day trip, and you can literally spend $300 and get 3x the amount of product you would anywhere in Illinois. Awesome products, and the service there was phenomenal. Now, thinking about the cannabis dispensary in South Beloit... the staff can really make a difference. Yosly is too sweet and always so helpful. Roberto was AMAZING! Exceptional customer service! Made my day so much better. I was literally struggling to get through my day and he literally changed everything for me. Yosly helped me today with my purchase, and I'm sure glad she did. Some how my order got under a different name, but she was able to help fix it. I was able to get my things and be on my way. She was also very friendly. Keep up there great work girl!! And Kim is awesome today at south beloit. It was my first time and Kim was helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer service. But then there's the setup itself. I don’t know if it’s because of Illinois law or just the way this particular cannabis dispensary in Illinois is set up. But I’m a much bigger fan of the more open style, deli style experience I’ve had in other states at dispensaries. At this Recreational cannabis dispensary in South Beloit, you’re basically taking a blind leap of faith when selecting cannabis. You don’t get to see it, smell it, you just shoot blindly and hope you land on something you like. And of course, once you do, they stop stocking it. So you’re back to square one with taking a shot in the dark in finding the best option. Usually, there’s not much of a wait time if you come on certain days and don’t come immediately when they open. Though I don’t get to go as often as I want because it’s always too busy with long lines. The staff is generally friendly though. Not sure why they have the tip jars at the register? But it is what it is. Prices seem to have come down, which is something. But the thing that surprises me Is the quality Of some of the flower. My most recent purchase, I would have to say doesn’t seem of top caliber quality that you would expect in a legal setting. This has occurred on more than a few occasions. Comparing experiences, versus my wife’s (2nd time) and her advisor had a cold interaction. My wife was told to wait until coming to an advisor and when my wife didn't know that she had more than what was on her order... the advisor didn't even offer to go up to the limit versus the advisor just wanted to get the sale done. But if I could get Kim all the time at the Perception cannabis dispensary in South Beloit, it would make the purchase more pleasant. Oh, and this young lady was absolutely helpful. She was very readily knowledgeable and without thinking I took her advice on a purchase and the experience all the way around and with product is amazing! Please give her a raise!
