Hey, so I wanted to tell you about this place I've been going to. If you're looking for a good cannabis dispensary in Crystal Lake, you gotta check it out. It's the Ivy Hall cannabis dispensary in Crystal Lake, and honestly, out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to, Ivy Hall has always been one of the best. Seriously, I always have a great experience when I go here. Everyone was friendly and professional; I couldn't ask for more. They have always friendly staff around to help find what your looking for without feeling rushed. Out of all the places I've checked out, even other cannabis dispensary in Illinois locations, this one just stands out. It’s much nicer than any competitors in the area and consistently has better deals and product! It’s the only dispensary worth going to in McHenry County. The prices are good, but the people are better. Today Gabe helped me when I walked in. Gabe is so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Him and Brian always have the best recommendations. Gabe was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; he gave me the knowledge that I needed to be confident in my purchase. If you are at all intimidated or curious about what has become a really complicated thing, this is the shop to hit up. Talk to Gabe. He’s a good dude. My girlfriend and I recommend this location, and Gabe was a big part of why! One of the guys that stood out to me was Ryan, he was polite and professional with everything start to finish. He was the most helpful and even gave me a free product for their current promotions! I couldn't be more satisfied! Keep doing what you do, Ryan! Every employee is awesome, I'll be back!!! Especially Colette and Mike!! Mike made sure I had everything I needed at checkout with such a positive attitude. I had a lovely experience with Michael, so friendly & helpful! Love this place and everyone who works there. Shout out to the security guard Brandon. The greeter Sam, she was so nice. And my bud tender Gabe! Y'all are doing a fantastic job! Also shout out to these folks for doing a great job, Martin, Bryan, Katie, Lathan, Jade and Zoe! Danny is the man. Super helpful guy and you can tell he cares about running the shop with integrity. Someone give the guy a raise! Jade has helped me a couple times and she’s always kind and informative. They constantly have good deals to help keep prices low and stacking discounts. Always great prices and deals. They always have great deals and stackable discounts. Love that you can stack discounts and they carry my favorite brands. They also have the best loyalty program in the area. If you come a hour before closing, they give an additional 10% off. It's a great location and I will be returning. If you're looking for a top-notch recreational cannabis dispensary in Crystal Lake, you really can't go wrong with this spot. Highly recommend. Love this place! Ivy hall is awesome.
