The whole building is the kindest, honestly. Great atmosphere, awesome aroma. The people working there are wonderful helping and do kind. I feel Stephanie is the most kid caring and I feel like she is family. She was very kind, accommodating, and helpful! She took her time to make sure I got the replacement products that would work for me. She walked me through products and their effects to make sure I felt comfortable before purchasing. Someone else mentioned thanking her for her care and understanding. Ashlee is absolutely amazing! She has a deep knowledge of the products and always takes the time to understand what I need. Her recommendations have been spot on, and she creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Another customer really appreciates her patience and willingness to answer all their questions, saying if you're looking for great service and expert advice, definitely ask for Ashlee! Other folks had great things to say about the staff too. Syd does an outstanding job helping navigate the purchase. Jon D was very knowledgeable on concentrates. Robert helped out with issues with discounts on products. Dodge gave a wonderful recommendation for an Indica flower. Everything was very nice from start to finish, everyone was very nice, especially Patti who rang someone and their fiance up. Patti and Robert were someone's bud-tenders during their last visit and were very helpful. JB gave the best recommendations, specifically the in-house disposable, someone even thought he deserved a raise! They had products like GMO, which someone found great for medical reasons and said it is the best for sleep. Now, someone did say prices are way too high! And they never give out free stuff like t-shirts, stickers, or half off even on other items!! They feel they should at least do it for first time customers. Seniors and veterans should be discounted with great deals. That person said they will get a five star when this happens 😉 But overall I had a great experience. It's always a good experience going there. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Can't wait to go back.
