The staff are what make it though. Everyone in that store is always so kind and helpful. I had Jose wait on me one time, and he was wonderful, super helpful in steering me towards the right products I needed. Another time, John helped me out. John is a super cool young man who was great to deal with, made my experience super pleasant. He's extremely helpful and patient, always so kind. If you're a senior, you'll really appreciate all the help! I worked with John another time discussing different options of products and he was very helpful, informative, upbeat, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. I ended up with some Ill Eye Nye Briq disposables that I’m looking forward to trying based off his information. Seriously, ask for John! Lauren was also great, she made my day! Very helpful associates there, they give great suggestions. Joshua was an amazing tender, extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He knew how to figure out what I wanted, asked all the right questions, and saved me all kinds of time knowing how to figure out what’s the best for me. Someone even said he should be the manager hands down! Julio is awesome too and gives amazing recommendations for product, and even restaurants! Oh, and I have to shout out Vicki/Vicky. She was super sweet and very good at her job. She seems like the type of person who will go above the expected standards of the job, and it seems she does it in a way that both promoted some cool new products I will be ordering next time, like the ILL-INI Vape! She seems to very much be a people person, and for me that connection builds loyalty on my end. Shout out to her and all there! The stock of products needed for medical marijuana patients is always excellent. Plus, I don’t think I’ve gone without scoring a crazy deal on my purchase. Pro tip: join the rewards program for free money! It feels very fair there. I've been coming here for years and somehow their service gets better and better. The store itself? It’s bright and open, well organized with great accessories. I love coming to this location for the selections, staff, and accessories.
