Someone had a great experience. My bud tender Miranda actually was very sweet and definitely assisted me so much. She was so kind and so sweet and hooked me up for my birthday:) A++++. Someone else said their first visit to a dispensary was good; the budtender was very informative and understanding. Thank you! For a Recreational cannabis dispensary in East Peoria, I love the sales. But sometimes things get weird. Someone always had good experiences but went in today for a discounted quarter. Said my total after taxes was gonna be 48 dollars and I get in and have to pay full price. Never happened b4 and not sure what happened but ya make sure whatever price it says online is what ur actually gonna pay. Then there was a weird experience. Someone had a weird experience with an employee who grabbed the card reader as I was taking my card. We probably both had a misunderstanding right there, fair enough I was probably grabbing for my card too early...He told me to show him my bank account statement proving the transaction went through on my end. Weird kid. Great prices usually but I'm never going back. That is a total violation of privacy. And this one sounds really frustrating. Someone was tricked into buying a rythm product today by the rudest budtender I'd ever met. I called at 7:50 pm today to ask about the sales they were having for 4/20. They told me they had a sale today for a free 8th on rythm products. I said oh cool, does it matter the product, or the price, can it be an edible? The man on the phone got so angry and just kept repeating what he said originally and louder. Like okay whatever. I placed an order and went to pick it up. Arrived at 8:17 pm to pick up. I'm then informed the sale ended at 8 pm. I called at 7:50 and was confirmed there was a sale. This is the rudest, sneakiest, most deceptive sale I've ever seen in my life. There are plenty of other shops where they won't yell at me on the phone for asking questions about their sales. I have screenshots and records of when I called. I have screenshots of my order placed at 7:55 pm five minutes before the sale ended. Though, there's an update on that last one. I spoke with the manager Brittney and she was really nice. She said she spoke to the budtender and he admitted he did not say the sale ended in 10 minutes. She gave me the deal I was told I would get and was really kind. I just wish I hadn't been made to feel bad for asking questions about the sale. Brittney said there's often miscommunication with the flash sales. But yeah, overall, it's a mix of experiences. Someone else just felt ripped off and did nothing to rectify. False advertisement of a product and deceptive practice. I would not buy from. Cheesey operation.
