Smokehouse Fox Lake – Cannabis Dispensary in Fox Lake, Illinois

So, word on the street is, there's this cannabis dispensary in Fox Lake that really stands out. With so many dispensaries in this area, you would think it would be difficult, but Smokehouse dispensary stands out because of their incredible customer service along with great prices. People are raving about the staff. Amanda, for instance, apparently has 5-star customer service and has a way of making you feel right at home. She's described as very knowledgeable and very sweet, and people figure the rest of the staff is just as great. Someone shared that their first time visiting this recreational cannabis dispensary in Fox Lake was on 4/20. They weren't expecting all the free stuff and the great price! Emily was super friendly, and Justin made it a fantastic visit. They're definitely coming back! Generally, the staff is just great. Everyone is friendly and helps you find what you are looking for. Amy is always helpful and always has a smile on her face! Beyond the service and prices, it sounds like the location is a big plus too. Great service, awesome deals, and a great location with the ability to dock your boat and walk up. It's apparently right between Taco Bell and McDonald's. Someone said they can't wait to visit again and start stacking up their loyalty points, calling it a lovely dispensary! Another person also mentioned going first on 4/20 for their awesome prices, great options, and fabulous "holiday gifts" with purchase. Today was their third time back after a quick pop-in in between. They don't recall who helped them on 4/20 but said they were great, as was the person who helped a few days ago. On a recent visit, they made a huge order (even a second one online!) and Debbie helped them at the counter. Debbie was super friendly and kind, and it was clear they knew what they were doing. They got their items quickly and easily as Debbie was super efficient. The person helping their mom next to them seemed very helpful and nice as well! This is definitely a dispensary that someone can't wait to visit again! And, if they're extra lucky, they might make friends with someone with a boat so they can visit via the docks this summer. Overall, people HIGHLY recommend it. They love the atmosphere and staff at Smokehouse plus the amazing deals they offer on a daily basis. Amy is fantastic and made one person's experience better than the dispensaries they visit back home. They will definitely be back. Amy also helped someone else and their boyfriend with their purchase, noting how refreshing it is dealing with helpful people and praising the great customer service. Frances was called the best. Someone had a 10 out of 10 experience every time on pos 5! Justin is super knowledgeable and smiling, the staff is super helpful, and everyone is always so friendly! Great deals and great location! Someone even called it the best dispo around. Interestingly, one person mentioned being hesitant to go at first because they thought the man who owned Studio Hot Rods still owned it, and they wouldn't support that man due to negative things they'd heard. But finding out he isn't affiliated with it, it's now their go-to shop. The staff is described as insanely knowledgeable and friendly! They also love when you bring your dogs! Someone gave it a 10/10, saying the store is beautiful and the vibes are beautiful. They just love it! It sounds like for anyone looking for a solid cannabis dispensary in Illinois, especially in the Fox Lake area, Smokehouse is getting some seriously positive reviews.
