Hey, you know I was in Galena recently? I gotta tell you about this place I went to. What a beautiful, inviting store it is! I was greeted immediately, which was really nice. They even gave me a tour of how all the ordering works and answered all my questions. Honestly, everyone there actually seemed like they love their job, which is pretty rare these days, right? I got everything I needed and will definitely return, as well as pass the word on about how impressive this store is. Thank you Verilife! People there are great. Like Josh – he was a beam of light in a possibly frustrating situation when my online order did not come through because of my own user error. Josh helped me quickly and calmly reassemble my cart even though I was in a bit of a pressing rush to get back to my husband and kids. Another time, Josh was super nice and quickly helped me fix an online order that I think I mistakenly forgot to submit, helping me pick out the ones I was missing and even helping me decide which one would work better for me. He even helped rearrange my selections when I went over the limit on a Saturday afternoon! Josh H was great assisting me today; love verilife the best shop in state. Cindy, or Cindi, was totally the MVP of the night – best service ever! She greeted me at the door on a Saturday afternoon with a smile as wide and genuine as always. CF checked me out and also helped me complete my order; she was a breath of fresh air with outstanding customer service. The lovely lady MV had a very welcoming and bubbly soul, plus really cool hair, and was super easy to talk to. Em is always welcoming too. MeKayla was so friendly and helpful in assisting me finding what I need. Travis brought my stuff out and made a recommendation, which I decided to try. So I added it to my bag and was on my way. The staff are great and very knowledgeable of the products that they have and will make a recommendation if you're curious about something new. The layout is very nice and simple, and I always feel treated with respect. Thank you guys for being decent and knowing how to treat a customer well. I love this Verilife cannabis dispensary in Galena. It's in a very great location inside and out, right across the street from places like Paradise and Fried Green Tomatoes. The vibes are awesome, like on a Saturday afternoon. It was a more than pleasant experience and will be our new go-to for us in this new city we’ve relocated to. I go to verilife often and always have a delightful experience here! This was my second time coming to this cannabis dispensary. The lady that guides you to the dispensary was also very sweet and welcoming! Someone called it the best shop in state, which I guess makes it a fantastic cannabis dispensary in Illinois. Amazing selection options! Also, a 15% military discount on non sale items is greatly appreciated! This recreational cannabis dispensary in Galena is truly my favorite dispensary.
