Hey! So, wanted to tell you about this place I've been checking out. I think having a cannabis dispensary in Jacksonville is a great addition to the area. It's good to have access like this. Specifically, I've been visiting the Kush21 cannabis dispensary in Jacksonville. Overall, I usually have a smooth experience shopping there. The budtenders are friendly and provide great customer service. They're knowledgeable and friendly staff always gets me what I need with speed and a smile! I absolutely love walking in to this humble home of flower! Everything works so smoothly – I drift in and within mins my order, which I just placed at the front door, is ready and handed over for my enjoyment! Thanks guys and gals, much appreciated. Jarod was incredibly helpful and kind, 10/10 service. It's a good dispensary with friendly staff, definitely a positive vibe and a nice feel to shop. I loved the options here, especially the CulinaryCannaCo brand bringing the savory option of various oils to my everyday kitchen! Bout time! I wish the dispo should stock their full line, then they'd get the 5th star! The ATMs can be finicky at times, but in my experience they're typically working. On the flip side, there are a few things. I wish that they would really be very thorough on what they place on their app as strains for products. I cannot have sativa and gummies were marked as a hybrid but they were sativa. The promos are good, but they also aren’t always marked that they are out of them when they are on the app. I also tried to get a promo with buying non cannabis items and the cashier didn’t give it to me. He gave me different things than what I ordered to not equal the amount of the promo. I notice there is a high turnover rate here though. My only complaint is this is out of state owned and the prices are too high. Because of that, I'm forced to go elsewhere about half the time. Time for the out of state owner to lower these prices. Let's see if the owner is listening. It's interesting having a recreational cannabis dispensary in Jacksonville, part of the scene for cannabis dispensary in Illinois. But yeah, the prices can be a hurdle sometimes. Stopped by again today, had yet another wonderful experience though, the service was really good.
