Megan was able to address the issues they had flawlessly. She helped them understand the product they were purchasing, provided alternative options, and answered every question they had (which I'm sure my father had many). They cannot stop talking about how great Megan was in working with them and informing them in detail on their purchase. To quote my father, "This experience was EXACTLY what customer service should be". Thank you Megan for everything you did for them. We greatly appreciate you! Rise is amazing! They even said they 11/10 recommend this place over the others in the area! Now, not everyone's experience has been perfect. One person said they used to go here often and acknowledged they have great staff, but discovered a drive to Michigan is worth the trip much more economical. They will still go to RISE if they run out of the medicine from Michigan. ♥️♥️♥️. And in a more disappointing experience, someone opened their eighth to see no weed in the jar. They felt, this is a store, not some dealer off of the street. I should be able to be fully confident in each purchase. You could tell there previously was bud in there due to the little scraps, yet the seal was not busted. Quite disappointing when going to sit down and try to relax. They added that it didn’t seem like the customer support was too upset or concerned about the fact that someone was stealing from client inventory.
