Dom helped sign up for an account and get a discount, and was generous, even giving points so someone got a preroll for a nice price! They really think he deserves a promotion. Tim was awesome today too, and folks call him an outstanding budtender. Liann was very helpful, as are all the folks at LITH. Someone was very happy with how friendly Meg was – made their day! Dom was great again. And it's always a joy to work with Angela; someone goes to Rise often and says she has great customer service skills, always pleasant and smiling. They hope someone does something nice for her! Shout out to Robbie and Tim at the LITH store too! The customer service is definitely above and beyond. Tim, in particular, was absolutely amazing. He helped with an order and was very patient. People greatly appreciate his help and dedication to helping customers get what they need, whether it be medicine or just for fun. Having great people like Tim that work for you keeps people coming back and leaving happy. Seriously, thank you TIM SO MUCH! Another person had an awesome experience, mentioning staff who were super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. They took the time to answer all questions and gave great recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience.
