So, guess what? Finally a location in Lake Zurich! Great place, good staff. This place is pretty chill. It's close and quiet, which is nice for a cannabis dispensary in Lake Zurich. My first time there, Friendly staff we enjoyed ourselves. Very helpful. Will go back. Jordan was the cashier and loved my sweater and we talked about good movie theatre experiences very chill. Marco was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Devin & the whole staff were amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly & took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service - definitely recommend him and Nirvana! My first time won’t be the last!! Excellent service! Great staff! Now, about some other things. Only thing is their prices are pretty high. Here I’m paying $80 for 2 half gram vape carts when I can pay $50 for a full somewhere else, same brand same product. Website and in store prices are not the same though. Instore staff will up your bill by $10+. The kiosks are unfortunately very slow, making ordering a tedious process. Other than having no stock of things like cones and not a single battery pack, it was a for good first time here. Definitely have some bugs to work out on the operations side to match the level of other dispensaries in the area. Still, for a Nirvana cannabis dispensary in Lake Zurich, the staff was a highlight.
