They talked with Vinnie, who apparently gave 10/10 customer service – extremely knowledgeable about products and helped them make great choices. Someone who's visited a ton of spots, like 90% of the dispensaries here in Illinois, mentioned that Zen leaf is definitely one of the good ones. They said the interiors are always nicely laid out and the staff is always greeting you, and this staff here is totally keeping up that standard. And after some great customer service on the phone, someone else went to pick up their order and found everyone incredibly nice, but called out Lanie as being exceptional. She was super friendly, helpful, patient, and positive. They saw her helping the person in front of them with lots of questions very patiently and politely, and she was just as friendly and helpful to them. Having worked in customer service themselves, they were confident Lanie is great at her job and made their experience go from good to great – couldn't commend her enough! It seems like it's a great experience every time you go. People mention it being clean, having friendly staff, and always quick service. Omar has helped one person the past few times they've been in, and they called him the gold standard for excellent customer service! If they could give the place 10 stars, they would! Chloe, James, Marco, Kalie, Lori, and all the associates reportedly always keep a great customer service friendly atmosphere, which is why someone only goes to this location! Their bud tender David was called extremely friendly and helped them navigate their purchase really well without being pushy. The first time customer 30% discount was apparently really nice too, reinforcing the idea of taking advantage of their deals. Someone also just really liked the style of the midweek friday disposables they got.
