There's a guy that always talks to me like a friend even tho I’ve only seen him at the store! His name is Robert, I think he’s a manager and if he’s not he should be! He’s so respectful and has patience! This guy is just amazing with people! Robert is the one that always makes me leave the store with a smile! Caitlyn has been very helpful. She has come to know my tastes and offers products that I appreciate. She makes my shopping experience enjoyable. Catalina was great she went out of her way to make sure we were well informed of the deals and the dosage/strength of the cannabis products in store. Great first time buying experience. Diana was also such a great help detailing every item we bought and if we were satisfied or if we wished to change or add anything. VERY good customer service. The Budtender carefully checked my order and even showed me a feature on my iPhone I wasn’t aware of. Security admired my dog who had been watching me from the car, sincerely nice people.
