Hey, so I wanted to tell you about this place. This was my first time going into a cannabis dispensary in Milan and I have to say- these are some of the nicest people you’ve ever met. They take time to show you around and explain different types of stuff. I will for sure be coming back, again very excellent service. Maya helped out tremulously when another employee turned me down to go on break and then proceeded to not have someone help out instead. Great service & Julian super friendly with great deals. You know how I told you I have been attempting to purchase an ounce of product since last Thursday? The NTI store hasn't ever let me down until recently. Well, the competition is right next door. I got my ounce from Terrace cannabis dispensary in Milan and 33.34 grams is better than 28 all day long... great service friendly, and eager to please staff, no rushing me or making me feel like I am taking too long, and the tender gave me extra credit discount just because I mentioned my issue with NTI. Wow! Super! Noah was super helpful and patient while I figured out what I wanted/needed. Noah took the time to explain everything in detail to me making the whole experience better! Will definitely be back! So far the experience is going great!! Now I have to leave a review of how “GOOD” it is! 😂❤️ It's a little pricey but ok. Chelsea is the best!! Great service and super knowledgeable!! Will be going to her every time! Thank you Chelsea you rock girl!!! Mauricio is the man. Dude showed me all the edibles I needed to stay mellow. Sick deals that beat out my favorite brand too. Love this place. It was the first time I've ever been there. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The kiosks things were probably one of the easiest I've used compared to other places. Noah was awesome as well. Striking up conversation and having reviews about what i was getting. He really knew his stuff. If you're looking for a recreational cannabis dispensary in Milan, I'd recommend here to anyone looking for a place in this area over and over again. Seriously, I know I'm definitely coming back. Very patient, more than fair w a problem that I had, and knowledgeable! It's a great cannabis dispensary in Illinois.
