Okay, so I wanted to tell you about my visit to this cannabis dispensary in Moline. People there are very friendly! They had tons of options and were more than happy to work with my needs. They even have an ATM on sight, which is convenient. Honestly, they're great, they always help me for what I need! And they always turn me on to other types of available products, which is cool. Normally, I have a great experience there, but this last time, one of the two cartridges was faulty right out of the box. I know it's more of a distributor error, but sadly, I was out of money on a bad product for a minute. Edit - they replaced damaged product, made it super simple! 5 stars for taking care of that quickly. The staff really make a difference. Melissa was great. Super friendly and fun. Even one handed (she had a bandaged hand), she was fast. I also had the best customer service I’ve ever had there from someone (didn't catch the name here, maybe the same person?) who was able to talk through all the products and steered me in the correct direction. Even had a blast doing it! I also love being around Amanda and would love to come back and purchase more because she's fantastic. Zachary was knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend—great service! Thank youuuuu to him! And apparently, Zachary might be easy on the eyes too 😉 It was my birthday today when I went, and Nicholas was highly knowledgeable but also very chill, which totally elevated my experience. He showed me the wide variety of product available and demonstrated his level of dedication through his in depth explanations of the brands and strains they produced. He's a great guy, and they have a beautiful store. Seriously, this is not chat gpt either, just a genuinely kickass experience that I wanted to share! Someone else also mentioned that 'he' (could have been Nicholas or Zachary or someone else) saved me money for my products and went above and beyond, and I really appreciate him. Now, there was one not-so-great moment. As a first timer, I paid the outrageous price of $60 for an eighth of "top shelf" flower. It had premature seeds all through it. That was definitely NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE MONEY! So, overall, it seems like a really positive place, especially with the people working there and how they handle things, although watch out for occasional product quality issues or pricing surprises.
