Curaleaf Morris – Cannabis Dispensary in Morris, Illinois

Hey, so I wanted to tell you about this place I checked out. If you're ever looking for a cannabis dispensary in Morris, a lot of people talk about Curaleaf. Specifically, the Curaleaf cannabis dispensary in Morris is where I've been or heard about. Today’s visit for me was great! I was in and out fast, especially with an online order. I really appreciated feeling welcomed by the entire staff and the positive vibes I feel from coming there. My Bud tender was awesome! He welcomed me and explained everything completely. Super helpful, very friendly my bud tenders went out of their way to help me get what I wanted. Even the security guard was great. Definitely worth the drive over from Ottawa for me. There’s a very large selection and excellent prices if you're an Illinois medical patient. Friendly staff, cool building, great deals, and amazing weed. This place is amazing due to the greatness of all the people that work there! They are an amazing group of people and they do an amazing job! I love going to this place just cuz the peeps are amazing, including all the security guards as well, they make you feel very welcome and at ease. Love this place. Wooooooo Eric is always great! He will answer any questions you have and always has a big smile. He is one of the main reasons I shop at Curaleaf in Morris. Very helpful, very professional, very nice indeed, knew everything about there products, I will be back thank you very much for all your help. ✌️ Great and friendly service. Now, I gotta be real, not everyone feels that way, and there have been some rough spots mentioned. Some folks feel like they're ripping y’all off and feel bad for yall out here. Quality is going down bad, it seems. One time, there were no employees to let us in behind the glass, and a line formed and someone could hear employees chatting. No big deal initially, they knocked to let them know they have patrons, told the guy that they would have been patient but a line is forming out here (jokingly), and he rudely says you gotta wait there is a line inside. Buzzes them in and they were the ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER inside. Like, why lie? Also, apparently they do not stand behind their products. Multiple times have people gotten products that weren't right. Customer service still has not responded to some people even after over 9 days. They suggest going to other surrounding dispensaries if you value your time and money. Someone used to love it here, really a shame. They've been coming since it was green house, but no more. Can't even get customer service to respond after a week? They tell them to do better guys, because they know they can, because they've seen it. Someone honestly feels too skeptical to even attempt to return knowing they'll get burned on their product AGAIN, and with NO support again. Edit – customer service NEVER responded, they do NOT care that they essentially stole money by giving a fraction of what was advertised on package, making no attempt to reach a solution. Ridiculous, they say if you want to take the chance at getting almost no product and them ghosting you when you contact them, great, otherwise every other cannabis dispensary in the area is far better. This place has no customer service, wait times are the same as covid. And honestly all the products are extremely dry like they have been sitting for months or yeah they do sit for months. The date is on the packages. Even the items they just add to the menu can be several months old. But that isn't an issue at nearby competition. The place has gone down since the change from greenhouse. Someone took their good friend here recently. They didn't know they closed at 7pm and arrived right before. When she got in the car she realized she wasn't given her change. She tried to go back in and the door was locked. They knocked on the door and called their number and neither were answered. They called the next day and were told a manager would review the cameras and call back. No manager ever called back and they waited for days. Very unprofessional and they will not return. So yeah, it's a real mixed bag when it comes to this recreational cannabis dispensary in Morris compared to other options out there for a cannabis dispensary in Illinois.
