Ethan W. and Nico F. were extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Seriously, ask for those 2 dudes when you're there! I went with my dad once and we had no clue what to get, and Vinny was so helpful, giving us tons of insight about what to look for. Nickoy was really accommodating too; he told us all about their events and even gave us stickers and pins. Prose and P Rose were awesome employees, so helpful and kind. P.Rose was very helpful today and speaks Spanish too! Merry gave the best customer service I’ve ever encountered; she’s super knowledgeable about what choices are available and the best for what I was looking for. She totally brought them a lifetime customer! Denzel was the best, very kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude and made me feel completely at ease. It's also a great recreational cannabis dispensary in Mundelein because of the lounge area. They do comedy shows and bingo nights there which is cool! There's good parking, no long lines, and plenty of ways to order using tablets. We were able to use the lounge and had a nice size booth for our group. They even showed us different smoking tools with a pleasant waitress. They have board games to keep the fun going and a small snack menu for the munchies. It's a really great low key spot to enjoy. Honestly, based on my experiences, it's one of the better cannabis dispensary in Illinois I've been to.
