They placed an online order and it was ready for pick up within 5 minutes or less. Everyone is always so friendly when they walk in and welcoming. Emily helped one customer at check out and asked if they had a battery at home for the cart they ordered. THANK GOD she asked because they thought they ordered a disposable and not just the cartridge! She saved them a ton of time and helped them pick out a good disposable to switch it out with. Always a great experience! Another person had a fantastic experience at Ayr cannabis dispensary in Normal, thanks to Brittani! From the moment they walked in, the staff made them feel welcome and at ease. Brittani’s knowledge about the products was impressive; she knew just what questions to ask to tailor her recommendations to their preferences. It was clear she genuinely cares about helping customers find what’s best for them, rather than just making a sale. They had a great conversation, and appreciated her patience and willingness to chat as she guided them through options. Someone visited a few times and said deals are horrible and only seem to be for products that are expiring, and you should check your products. They mentioned the staff is really friendly and helpful with the exception of the long haired male employee. This individual cant answer basic questions about the product and confused indica with sativa. They told him they didnt want an indica product but he sold them some cookies that knocked them out for what feels like several days. They saw this same individual crying on another employee a few weeks later and acting almost manic. Being in this store isnt a fun experience and they cant recommend enough that you just going to an actual established dispensary if you are in search of product. Wow, quite the experience there. But then, someone else said it was so nice and helpful could not have been any better, a great experience for an old man. They are wonderful and helpful! Kayla is a dream to work with, she helped make sure their experience was stress-free. They usually use a different Ayr dispensary and earning/using points could have been an issue. They love how quick and convenient it is to pay here with Dutchie! Taylor helped someone today and said she was great! There’s also another guy that’s there close to closing often that’s really great! Everyone really is! It's their favorite spot in the area! It seems like experiences can differ at this particular recreational cannabis dispensary in Normal compared to maybe some other places you might find a cannabis dispensary in Illinois.
