Beyond Hello Normal – Cannabis Dispensary in Normal, Illinois

First I spent a half hour in the parking lot waiting for one of two cars to move out of curbside pick-up. Neither moved until after five and when they did they closed the spots with cones. So I called the store to see what was up and I got a company rep that repeatedly tried to call the store with no luck. When I finally get up to the line a man at the front started yelling at the guards and three employees came out to deal with it. When I got into the lobby to check-in I was then greeted with ANOTHER line. So far I have been here for almost an hour total. This is probably the last time I’ll visit this cannabis dispensary in Normal which is really disappointing since this is the only medical dispensary near me. I drive two hours just to get it from them! They have the best deals! Absolutely Disgusted with Hello and Beyond – A Complete Scam and Joke of a Business. I paid over $100 for an ounce of what I thought was quality weed, only to be sold a product that was packaged nearly a year ago—something I would have never checked if not for this nightmare. When I finally opened the package at home, I was hit with brown, old, disgusting-smelling garbage that was completely unfit for use. This is outright theft, plain and simple. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with nothing but incompetence and laziness. They told me to email the manager’s distribution list, take a picture, and go back to the store—like I have all the time and patience for their shady, convoluted process. When I finally went back, I was treated like a nuisance by two clueless managers who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Their “solution”? A laughable 10% discount on my next purchase—after being robbed of my hard-earned money for spoiled product. That’s their idea of “customer service”? Pathetic. I demanded to speak with the store’s general manager, only to be told she was on vacation on a Friday—how convenient. Of course, I was promised a callback that never happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has shattered any trust I had. This place is a complete scam, run by shady, uncaring fools who only care about lining their pockets. As a medical patient, I expected professionalism, honesty, and respect. Instead, I got greed-driven, dishonest crooks who care only about profits and couldn’t care less about their customers’ health or satisfaction. Hello and Beyond are a disgrace—avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off, disrespected, and treated like garbage. This place is an outright scam, and I’m furious I ever wasted my money here. Beyond hello. Lol it's a funny name but it's a good place. The atmosphere is awesome very pleasing to the eyes and very subtle so if you have high anxiety issues you won't feel affected here. Recommend coming here if you're in the area or just passing through the state. Sometimes I'll go out of my way just to come here from farther away. Highly recommend I've been going to BH in Normal for years now, yeah at the beginning nobody quite had the logistics on point but that didn't detour me from coming back. Everytime I went it seems to get better and better. I've been to other dispensaries and yeah the appeal is greater and you think you'll get a good deal... 😂 That's a joke (I'm about to get $140 worth of free product just for buying weed at BH that's fkn crazy!) The Beyond Hello cannabis dispensary in Normal employees on Uptown Rd are top fkn notch bud tenders especially Jenny she's so damn good at her job🤘🏼🤘🏼 Love all you and keep up the great work people!!! Experiences at a cannabis dispensary in Illinois can vary widely. Slow I enjoy my experience here 99.9% of the time. Good prices, everyone is friendly and a healthy selection. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but I always have patience. So thank you.
