Visited this establishment while on a trip to Chicago. It's a recreational cannabis dispensary in Northlake. The outside was clean and the building has cool curb appeal. Once we entered the building the experience was great. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for, whether it was for relaxation, pain relief, or just to try something new. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would mention them all by name but I lost the paper they wrote their names on. We had stellar conversation with everyone and my husband and the manager were vibin' on various stories about life. Awesome place everyone is very helpful and nice. Patient with you and willing to take the time you need to make a decision. The staff is great friendly and great prices and off all they treat u like family. Everyone so friendly! no one makes you feel weird. I recently visited Ascend and was fortunate to be assisted by Betty. I recently visited Ascend Location. I highly recommend Ascend Northlake Location. It's an Ascend cannabis dispensary in Northlake, which is a cannabis dispensary in Illinois. As a first-time visitor, I had numerous questions about their products. Betty was incredibly patient, guiding me through their extensive selection and making personalized recommendations based on my preferences. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and informative. Betty at Ascend is a gem! On my last visit, I was unsure about which strain would best alleviate my chronic pain. Betty took the time to understand my situation and suggested a couple of options that have since made a significant difference. Her knowledge and compassionate approach set her apart. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers' well-being. First time coming in and was nicely greeted at the door and learned about some add ons at the register, was helped out by Nico which informed us so much about our products! As well as Betty and LeDare ( I think ) helped us out with picking out products with their recommendations! Joshua was very helpful. They recommended excellent products as well. The prices were amazing and they offer a great selection. Their product selection is top-notch—everything from premium flower to edibles, vapes, and topicals. You can tell they care about quality and offer only the best. I left with products that suited my needs perfectly. Cheapest prices in the game and the add on menu is unheard of out side of this location that alone should make you go in. The business has a kiosk style format but they have someone there to assist - if needed. There is also an on-site ATM available for your service. It was clean and organized the store was; it made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. Now, there was one thing. Extremely rude security officer tall white male. I parked in the handicap spot and this gentleman questioned me right away if I’m handicapped. And if I have a sticker. I personally felt really disrespected and this behavior isn’t acceptable.. a handicapped person doesn’t necessarily mean you have to be in a wheelchair or anything I felt like I was being profiled because I wasn’t in a wheelchair. Poor way to handle that situation security officer I hope they can train you better. I would hope to hear what the management would like to say. How does this gentleman not know maybe I have it in my glove box or maybe I switched my car for that day. Very very rude. Despite that incident, overall, it was great. It’s very close to home. We'd definitely return the next time we're in town. I highly recommend it and encourage y'all to check them out. I'm sure you'll receive top notch, high quality products and service and have a wonderful time while shopping! Definitely would love to come back again.
