Hey, let me tell you about this cannabis dispensary in Orland Hills I heard about. It sounds like people have had some really different experiences there! On the good side, someone said it's an amazing dispensary with knowledgeable staff, excellent selection and the best prices that they've come across among the many different dispensaries in Illinois that they frequented. On a recent visit, Adrian and Matt were both very helpful and even hooked them up with a bunch of free goodies in order to celebrate 4/20. They said it's worth the drive and recommend that anyone visit this dispensary. Someone else called it a great place with great people and beautiful atmosphere. They've been there on two separate occasions now and found the staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. For someone with severe anxiety, they genuinely appreciated that, as well as the staff being extremely well-versed in the strains they sell and what they're good for. They helped this person find exactly what they were looking for. They also were kind enough to run to the back and get a folding chair for their disabled boyfriend who was having trouble standing while he was ordering. The store layout is easy to navigate, spacious, and comfortable with nice atmosphere, lighting, and good signage. Selection was very good both times, and they were extremely happy with their purchases. They highly recommend this place and will make a point to visit again sometime in future! Another review mentioned it's overall a great place. They have a lot of great selections, offer good discounts and have good quality. The budtender Edward was really knowledgeable and professional and helped pick out exactly what was needed and looked for. They would recommend this place and say if you go speak to Edward, he will make sure you have a great experience. Someone else just said it was a great experience, super helpful, and a really clean store. Also, someone noted that Stash cannabis dispensary in Orland Hills gives a 30% medical discount which makes a real difference. And above it, this place always has great deals. Okay, but here's the bad experience someone had. The security in front, not even a store associate, refused to greet them. Handed him their id, and he continued to hold it for an extended period of time, approximately 3 minutes, which was completely unnecessary. He held it in the air, bending and playing with their state issued id, and insisted it was fake in an insulting manor while the security beside him chuckled. This person was 25 with face tattoos matching their id! They waited until he was done being disrespectful to ask for their id back so they could take their business elsewhere. He took another minute or two before passing the id back. As they walked out he said something under his breath and they stopped to confront him. All of of a sudden he’s gripping the firearm on his waist, insulting them as they walked back to their car. Their patience got the best of them and they said something back. He walked in the store and called the police. POLICE told him their id was good. This person spent good money here and the amount of disrespect they experienced was ridiculous. They absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE! Someone else did mention they had one small mistake happen and Samantha corrected it immediately. So, while there was that really serious issue reported, it sounds like for many, this Recreational cannabis dispensary in Orland Hills offers great staff, selection, prices, and a welcoming atmosphere.
