You know, finding a great recreational cannabis dispensary in Ottawa can make all the difference. The whole vibe of the place was welcoming. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are knowledgeable and kind, every single time without fail. They are beyond informative & have awesome customer service every interaction! I come here quite often. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. They were patient with me when I had (practically endless) questions and took the time to make sure I got things that would be best for what I wanted. Not only that but they took the time to educate me on products. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Sarah was great to interact with during my visit! Sarah actually knows my name which means a lot to me. Specific people really made a difference. Shout out Brady P & Chris D!! Ari and Crystal really helped a lot today! Above and beyond with some awesome customer service. Jake went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Thanks, Jake, for your amazing help! Jake took the time out to educate me on some things, which I thought was extremely nice since he wasn’t even the one checking me out. Nolan was so helpful! Thank you Paige, Rob, Erica, Rachel, Jake, jasmine, Nate, jess ari, and Ryan for helping me get some cheap dabs today! Yall rock. Shanon and the manager Rachel especially were knowledgeable and kind. I tried some of the products they recommended, and I was really impressed with the quality. Everything was fresh, and you can tell they take pride in what they offer. Great selection with best prices around. The store itself was clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to browse.
