So, you know how I was looking for a good spot? I gotta tell you about this cannabis dispensary in Pekin. It's the NuEra cannabis dispensary in Pekin, and honestly, Nuera Pekin Rocks! I've actually been a customer since they opened, and they are amazing when it comes to being knowledgeable on their products, as well as very friendly and welcoming! They even call me by name when I walk in, which honestly makes you feel like more than just a customer. It’s a lovely place and great vibes overall. I just love this place! It's a great recreational cannabis dispensary in Pekin. The staff there? Amazing. ALL the staff I come across the last year are SUPER helpful and always a PLEASURE to work with. Every time I enter this store, I can't help but notice how friendly and approachable all of the staff are! They're always so friendly and help with any questions! Always offering opinions and recommendations when asked. Paige was a great budtender! She hooked me up with some RSO knowledge and a pain stick, and was super helpful for my friend too. Chris helped me and was awesome. Chris W helped me out today and was great! I had the extreme pleasure of having Chris Wagner helping me today whom gives the immediate impression of being very knowledgeable and a connoisseur of sorts. We deal with Derek and Chris most and appreciate all their help! Thank you so much for all the help and the great experience. They are extremely fast and efficient and the place is always super clean and it makes it a great experience! Great service and great product overall. Thanks for being one of the few places in Pekin that we prefer! Oh, and the holiday deals are always nice too! Had a bit of a snag with discounts one time. I had an issue earlier today regarding stacking my discounts. I returned to the store after noticing only one discount was added and not a second one. Both store manager’s assisted me and they made things right. I really appreciate that. Once again thank you for all that they do! Ps. I like to take the time in thanking the security team. Super friendly, and helpful. Okay, now for an update, and this part isn't so great. Their website is absolutely atrocious, not to mention their application. I had high hopes on avoiding your webpage to order product from because of the new application you came out with. But unfortunately, it’s just as bad as the website and it just sends me a link right back to the website that I’ve had problems with. Honestly, I just think this is another greasy attempt to collect someone’s valuable information and sell it back to a third-party advert. The next time they come out with a product like this, they need to make sure they work all the kinks out first. But putting that technical stuff aside, for getting your stuff, I highly recommend you use NuEra Pekin for all your groovy needs! It's definitely my go-to cannabis dispensary in Illinois.
