Hey, let me tell you about some experiences folks have had checking out the spots around here. It sounds like one place, specifically a cannabis dispensary in Pontoon Beach, has some really great vibes and people. One person mentioned great staff with familiar faces!! 😉 and found reasonably priced goods in a clean and open space. They asked for variety, and wasn't let down!! Someone else had good times at the Halloween party, everyone had a blast!! Generally, the people are friendly in there and the atmosphere is fun. People seem to love this place, citing awesome service and great people. Speaking of great service, Chailia got a couple of shout-outs! One person had a great experience at the dispensary today, saying Chailia was the one who checked them in and she was super friendly and welcoming. She made the process smooth and easy, and her good energy really stood out. They really appreciated the great service! Another customer gave a big man shout out to cookies dispensary and a special thank you to chailia for providing the best customer service! She was super nice and she made my day with her smile !!! They felt we need more customer service like hers, her service was top notch !!!!! And they joked, but it makes sense she’s not from Illinois 😁. Other general positive comments mention Quick Easy Service!, Quality products!, and Pleasant knowledgeable staff!. Now, it's not all perfect for everyone, especially when it comes to finances and specific transactions. One person found it's much more beneficial to drive to Edwardsville to get their meds. They had issues with the 25% for medical discount, feeling it doesn't mean you get to act like because something is on sale that you either get your 25% or the big sale? They knew when they looked at the receipt that for the second time they was being overcharged. Even though the people are friendly in there and the atmosphere is fun, as far as finances go, it just doesn't pay to drive 5 minutes to Cookies. They even said a drive to Cahokia is more beneficial for their wallet. While Quality isn't an issue at Cookies, they mentioned as far as Quality does go, they still prefer Edwardsville, collinsville, cahokia compared to pontoon beach. They get it they all go to the same people, or do they? They bumped their review up to 3 Stars because once upon a time they were getting some decent bubble hash from Cookies and the second time they purchased the lady at the register was honest and gave them the 25% off. It was their second time there and their first time getting 25% off. They feel it shouldn't be that way and If they would have failed basic math, they would continue to purchase from Cookies. Maybe it's just the Pontoon Beach location and this review is for that one. They can't judge the entire corp over these issues at the Pontoon Beach location. Like they said, everyone at Cookies seemed genuinely nice, and they aren't positive that the guy checking them out was purposely screwing them for their 25% medical but he did and it was twice. Why return? Laziness. It just seemed easier at the time to just drive the 5 minutes. When they suddenly found themselves regretting it, they knew they was done. They get it, they know you don't do things like the others do, and that's fine. But their buck has to stretch and Thankfully we have like 5 dispensaries in our area. Again, everyone at Cookies seemed genuinely nice, but this skip my 25% discount because of a sale price isn't going to work anymore. This seems to be a specific issue someone had at this Recreational cannabis dispensary in Pontoon Beach. Another incident happened when someone was coming thru Stl and wasn’t feeling too hot, decided to stop in to Cookies in Pontoon Beach Illinois and grab some smoke. They ordered 2 items, some of the cookies Granddaddy Pluto and than some blue face by fig farms. Well, they got their items and got to the truck and seen they didn’t give them blue face they gave there Cookies big face. They took it back in and were advised they couldn’t bring product back in store. Any way long story short they went ahead and gave them that blue face what they originally wanted so they did. Blue Face is Fire !!! Best part was it was Free. They didn’t even pull any teeth to get that. They gave a good job guys way to honor your consumers for resolving that issue at the cannabis dispensary in Pontoon Beach. So, experiences vary, from great staff and fun events to some frustrating issues with pricing and getting the right product initially. It seems like there are definitely highlights, like the great service from individuals, but some operational quirks exist at this particular cannabis dispensary in Illinois.
