Hey, so someone was talking about their experience at this spot, a cannabis dispensary in Star Buds IL: Riverside. They said they've been two times and each time they were met with a smile and laughter. They didn't catch the names of the two gentleman that helped them the last time, but their very first time Vicky checked them out and helped them decide which pre-rolls they wanted. They thought it was a great location and wonderful staff! Now, on the flip side, someone else mentioned their service is mid. They've been here a handful of times and felt the vibe is always low energy and off, saying some workers are great and others are eh. Another person who typically buys pre rolls here had a different issue. They said about 4 of 10 visits they receive a faulty joint that is packed incorrectly or falling apart. They understand on thc you can't refund or exchange so they just count their losses on that, but it's happened enough here for them to not prioritize this place as a customer. And their last visit, they were given pre rolls that are expired, harvested over a year ago and even have a use by date on them that has passed. They tasted pretty shitty and it was enough to decide not to come back to this location. But then you hear from someone who says they love this place. good prices, good reward system, nice set up, and the staff is really nice. there’s someone who works there, has like orange hair and glasses, she always remembers them and she’s so sweet. but a lot of them recognize you and they’re very personable, always willing to find a better deal for you. Someone else described the Star Buds cannabis dispensary in Star Buds IL: Riverside as a very friendly dispensary, very knowledgeable, and they get you in and out with no problems, very quick customer service. Also they mentioned if you have any pets, they have great CBD products that are pet friendly that will help with calming your pet with loud noises and or fireworks, or if you have to leave ur pet for awhile or they get nervous n scared taking them in the car. Also they have something for pain and or hip and joint problems and also they have something for good gut health n digestion and a better looking coat. They suggested you all go check them out you won't be disappointed, they'll be going back for sure and will most likely be going to this spot for years to come! They said it's their new go to spot for all their cannabis supplies, and doesn't hurt that it's only like 5min from their crib. Go Check Em Out!! Goodmorning my lovely people, another review started, just wanted to come on here and say STAR BUDS has always been quick, easy, helpful, and kind. For almost 1 year they have been coming here often by their self or with their husband and they love it each time they come. They always get attended by Diego. He is always ready to take their order or if they are looking for something new, and the items he recommends them are very good to try out. They're always happy how quickly everything happen one second you are in the next you are out. They said they'll be coming here for good lol. They really do love this place. Used to be a regular customer, one person noted, but now the sales and discounts depend on the cashier and it seems like you're getting a better discount. But in reality it's not. Someone else had a great experience at Starbuds in Riverside! They said the whole team was amazing super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Natalie in particular made their visit even better.
