Hey, so I was checking out this place, you know, this recreational cannabis dispensary in Sauget. People have some really different takes on it. Someone mentioned they walked in to check the place out, said it's small. You can't actually handle any product; you just order everything on a tablet. Prices seemed pretty steep to them, especially since dispensaries in St. Louis are only like 8 minutes away. They even saw one employee quitting as they were attempting to order, said it felt chaotic and the employees didn't seem real enthused to be there. They ended up leaving before even talking to anyone. But then, you hear totally different stories about Beyond Hello cannabis dispensary in Sauget! Like, Caleb! Someone absolutely loved Caleb. They said he was awesome, really appreciated his customer service, felt like they could have a conversation that wasn't rushed, and that Caleb knows what he’s doing. They even said if you want a friendly and kind budtender, they suggest asking for Caleb. They called it a great location with great staff. Another person who’s been coming here for about two-ish years now just loves it. They called it the best deals, best staff, best dispo. They mentioned being broke asf but finding great value, especially with a 7g for $20-30 shake deal. They said sure it’s shake, but they haven’t seen any other dispo with a deal like that. On the flip side, another visitor had a really unpleasant time because of a guy named Ace. This person usually enjoys coming here from across the water but said this type of customer service will make them reconsider keeping their money in MO and it will be a while before they come back. Seriously. Someone else had an issue, only 1 budtender on duty on Friday night during a good sale, saying they need to hire more people, you gotta do better. They felt it shouldn’t take an hour in line to get a online order. But back to the positive, the stuff itself seems good. One person said they got very good stuff, gives you good quality Mary Jane on a budget. Someone even stated it’s the best cannabis dispensary in Illinois compared to Missouri. Prices are cheaper and selection is much better. They liked that the layout makes it so easy to sit down and scroll on their tablets all the choices. Not to mention online shopping, too. Big Shout to the owners, and hopefully, prices will drop more.
