Like, someone mentioned they were trying to find a good strain to help with occasional nightly anxiety and insomnia, and Rachel knew just what was needed. She was very kind and very knowledgeable, and you can tell she has a large amount of passion for her job in cannabis retail and customer service. Rachel was great! Thank you! Emily was great too, making excellent suggestions. The customer service from the front desk to the security by the exit were described as chill & professional. Now, there was this one really contrasting experience shared, talking about an extremely rude, inappropriate and unprofessional demeanor. This person wasn't sure if this location or Mt Prospect was worse, saying the "bud tenders" (calling them glorified cashiers) act as if they are rulers of the world, speaking ill of great company and products, with childish and passive aggressive attitudes, meeting customers with hostility because of their lack of knowledge and experience. Unprofessional, never again! But most reviews are super positive! You hear "Great customer service," and "Great respect for the management and the employees are the best around!" People truly enjoy coming in and appreciate the respect as a customer. The entire staff at Revolution Schaumburg is called awesomeness, especially Jim and the guy who is always smiling at the front who checks ID. Jim, the manager, was amazing! Someone had an issue, and he took care of it like a boss! Simply da BEST service.
