Okay, let's talk about going to a cannabis dispensary in Springfield. Specifically, the Maribis cannabis dispensary in Springfield. People seem to have some pretty wild different experiences there. Some folks have had a really rough time. Like one person said this place is so TRASH it's 420 and your selling a 14% half for 50$...what a trash ass deal on 420 ...you company is pure garbage. That sounds pretty frustrating. Another person had some trouble with closing times. They said Google, their app, everything says open until 8pm. So they put in an online order around 6 or 630, get 2 text messages saying that my order is ready for pickup. So they get there, go in, and there's 3 people inside. They Said they closed at 5. Their order had been picked, scanned, and put together for pickup after you closed?? Long story short they told me they were closed 3 hours earlier and refused to just grab my already put together order and check me out. That would be incredibly annoying after getting texts saying it was ready. Then there's someone who felt really misled, saying they had a very sickening experience at Maribis. They mentioned they falsely advertised a "2 for $50" deal on concentrates, which prompted me to place a medical order. However, when they arrived at the store, they were informed by staff that medical patients no longer qualify for the deal. Nowhere was this stated in the advertisement or during the order process. Instead of getting what was promised, they had to pay $48 for just one concentrate-hardly a deal at all. The lack of transparency and clear communication about this policy change was frustrating, and they felt misled as a loyal medical patient. To make matters worse, the product I walked out with didn’t made up for the bait-and-switch experience. They expected better from Maribis, especially given their role in serving medical patients. This kind of treatment makes me question their priorities and commitment to their customers. But on the flip side, it's not all negative. Some people think Maribis locations in general are very nice. They said the people are always halfway decent security doesn't look like they're having a problem. It's a win-win scenario according to them. Someone else had a great time getting recommendations. They came here for the matter cherry cola gummies those things are pretty good but I got a good recommendation to try some watermelon taffy by Betty's Eddie's and some gummies called the funnies and it was a really good decision so I got all three. They already knew how good the cherry cola gummies were but the watermelon taffy and the donut gummies were the bomb. They wished they remembered the guy's name who recommended them because who holds on to receipts but said thank you very much for making my weekend. Happy 420 everybody! And the customer service can apparently be amazing. Someone specifically mentioned Damien went above and beyond for me he was super helpful explaining how the points worked. Then when I didn't have the exact change I needed. Not only did he help me with change a customer next to me helped me as well.
