Like, one person even said it's one of the coolest dispensaries they've ever been to in any state, and they'd stop here over any place in IL! The staff here? Awesome as always! They're super awesome and chill, always kind and informative. You got Desiree who's awesome, extremely knowledgeable, and attentive – she made the experience even better! Chris was awesome too. Rosa was so awesome at a last visit, always a pleasure to shop there. Then there's Arieonna, a budtender who was kind and knowledgeable on the product sought after. Christian was beyond helpful, really knowledgeable on products and pricing, and even took the time to show similar products. He has great customer service! And Cody, wow, someone called him the best budtender ever, saying he knew exactly what they were looking for and knows his stuff. The team is just super creative. Seriously, the Shangri La cannabis dispensary in Springfield has wonderful employees. People have given 10/10 customer service feedback. Beyond the amazing people, the place itself is gorgeous on the inside, always looking super sleek and fresh. The product selection was super varied and had options for everyone. Someone needed a new rig and the Shangri-La cannabis dispensary in Springfield had the best price in the area for a Puffco. Even if you've never been to this location before, all staff are very friendly and welcoming. They even used to do fun events and really made a community you felt like you belonged with. One person even moved out of state but said this is the location in Springfield they miss the most!
