Someone had their first pickup order experience there and it was super easy, thanks to an amazing cashier named Lindsay. Apparently, she was so sweet, genuinely excited to be there, and really attentive. It’s not just her, though; all the staff sound lovely. Seriously, phenomenal customer service. They’re always smiling, eager to assist, answer questions, and offer excellent advice. Someone else mentioned Brianne and said she was a delight and made the experience exceptional! It sounds like there’s just an amazing dynamic and atmosphere there. Hats off to them, because people can’t wait to go back! My first visit to Parkway cannabis dispensary in Tilton was apparently amazing for one person. From the minute they got there, the whole experience felt fun and easy. Nate D was specifically mentioned as knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He helped someone find some new favorites and really gave in depth suggestions, which was appreciated. They’re even excited to try the events happening there and will definitely be back. Someone called ahead and talked to a lovely lady with red hair working the entrance way counter when you walk through the first door. She explained over the phone that everyone who works here shares this passion and to trust that the staff wants the same thing the customer does. Then they met this majestic creature named Serena who had a bubbly personality and could tell they were new to all this. She metaphorically held their hand through the process and she probably spent more time than she wanted to explaining everything, but she was smiling the entire time! She was thorough, funny, and added her own personal insights, and this person felt like she fully understood their needs. This person, who describes himself as a sasquatch size of a man, felt like the entire time she was cradling him in her tiny arms making sure he was soothed and cared for. Safe to say, thank you, because they earned a customer for life! Thank you Serena for making all this easy! Brianne was also described as lovely. Attentive, courteous and after patiently listening to someone explain what they were looking for, she made a suggestion. She hit it out of the park. Honestly, whoever is training your staff at this cannabis dispensary in Illinois is doing a lovely job. Everyone makes people feel like they know them and are happy to see them. Someone is planning on hitting the lounge next time and hopes Brianna can take a break and join them! Imagine that, people saying they would love going to work if they could work with this staff. Someone even called it the best Dispensary in Danville. They are always having sales on merchandise, which is nice. The lounge is dog friendly and they have a huge fenced in yard. The staff in the dispensary as well as the staff in the lounge are polite. The atmosphere was very laid back. One person liked that on their second trip to the lounge, they were greeted immediately and could tell they remembered them. Someone just moved from KY and will definitely make this their new hangout. Anthony was also mentioned as a great help picking out an order, called the best wellness advisor.
