So, I gotta tell you about this place I go to every week. It's amazing. The Ascend cannabis dispensary in Tinley Park has excellent customer service and I always get what I need. John the manager and Cindy the staff member were amazing!! This recreational cannabis dispensary in Tinley Park is amazing!! This cannabis dispensary in Tinley Park has better prices than any other dispensary around!!! Even with my medical card discount! The tax and their discount center prices still come out lower than anywhere around! I had a small discrepancy and called the customer service line and was assisted by Maya. She guided me to the email to send to the Tinley Park location and had me alert the manager of the email when I arrived at the location. Right away, John came out and helped me handle the small issue. That just goes to show they handle their customers with immediate respect and care to see us return. I'll be coming back as always. They have my continuous support! Thanks to John, Maya and Cindy for your support in my situation! The staff is so much fun here, high energy and great people! Lex is another one of my favorite gals that works there! I love her personality! There's nothing but good to say about this place. I love it here! Love this PLACE!!!! Prices are awesome as always! The pic attached shows I paid for 14 grams and it came out just a little over. They are on point. There's always a line because they are a great business. The good news is they keep it moving. So worth the wait! Very friendly and welcoming 😊 Been here since they opened, feel like I cheated on the plug when I go somewhere else!!! From price, vibes and the people THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Changing my previous negative review because they do care about customer service! I was charged incorrectly and tried to talk to someone in the store about it who did not seem to care which prompted me to leave a bad review. Which leads me to today — I came back today and there was a credit on my account and a manager named Liz came and talked to me and apologized about my previous experience. A business that cares enough to follow up on negative reviews is definitely a business I want to shop at. Liz was amazing! This will continue to be my go to dispensary This place is incredible! I can’t wait to see the company grow and flourish. Employees there were incredible. Prices were great. Most variety I’ve seen at this cannabis dispensary in Illinois! Proud to live near. Such a great establishment. The best thing this town did for us was open this location! It’s right in the heart of tinley/orland park area so you can hangout and eat and shop all in one trip! Close enough to the park if you’re walking or like me on Skates! Always happy about the prices there’s always a sale and the total is fair. Let’s also keep in mind while we can enjoy this luxury there’s still a lot of people in jail for the same thing and contributions to helping them get out is nice to see. Been out of state for almost half a year so happy to be a returning customer !
