Hey, so I wanted to tell you about this place I checked out. It’s a cannabis dispensary in Illinois, over in Wheeling. Specifically, it's the Hatch cannabis dispensary in Wheeling. First impression? Super clean and the display cases are really well organized, which is always nice. It’s a recreational cannabis dispensary in Wheeling, and it definitely made my visit to this part of Illinois a treat. The people working there are great, seriously. Every time I visited, which was actually four times, I was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. They helped me get everything I needed and were really helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. Edward is awesome to talk to about anything you need; he's knowledgeable and does what he can to help. Jonathan was kind and ready to answer any questions I had about products and even recommended a goodie. Joy is absolutely amazing! She was super knowledgeable about different products and let me know about a promotion I wasn’t even aware of. We chatted a bit while she packaged my order and she is so kind and funny. I really hope next time I shop that she’s the person who checks me out. Another time, I made a final purchase before leaving Illinois and was helped by Jiyja, who was, like everyone working there, nice and very helpful. Camille really went above and beyond for me. There’s this specific strain that I really only use, and we were talking about some other possible strains. I really appreciated that she took the time out to help me and, honestly, that she listened to me. You know how important that is? Especially right now for me. Being a recruiter myself, it’s hard to find excellent customer service reps who also have emotional intelligence. Camille is an amazing employee. I just really enjoyed our conversation, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to me. Hands-down, one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone there is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Whether it's your first time or you know what you're doing, I highly suggest checking it out. Austin is always great at Hatch! They have good deals on a variety of products. I even scored two of my favorite disposables at $18 each recently. This friendly place consistently has valuable deals. Just a heads-up, they accept cash only, but they do have a handy ATM right in the store. Now, while most experiences seem really positive, I did hear about one person who had a pretty frustrating time trying to redeem a $10 off coupon. They said an employee claimed it was illegal to use their phone at the counter and then refused to honor the discount, even though they saw other customers getting bigger discounts. It sounds like they felt it was unfair and humiliating, and it completely turned them away from returning, even saying they were going to purchase some 420 interstate cheetah piss but decided not to after that. So, while most visits are great, it seems like there can be hiccups. But overall, based on my visits and most of what I've heard, it’s a great place with wonderful helpful people. Highly recommended! It's always great at Hatch.
